With micrometric expansion

Expansion of the hone during the machining process is done by a micrometric expansion system and tapered pin

Repeatability within 0,001 mm in process measurements are reduced to a minimum

The expansion pin is fixed in the apparatus

Hones:

The hones expand equally and absolutely parallel on total circumference to 0,1 mm

Available from Ø 0,6 mm

Maximum honing length : 12,5 mm / 10,5 mm for Ø 0,6 and 0,7 mm

Grit for galvanic hones : D30 and D15
